Plan Your Visit

Before Your Visit

  • Your Tickets – Your tickets should have arrived in a separate email on the day you placed your order.  The email will be from customer.services@ticketsource.co.uk. Please find them now and ‘flag’ the email or take a screenshot, so you can easily retrieve it at the time of your skate. You will need your QR code to enter the rink.
  • If you cannot find your email you will need to contact support@ticketsource.co.uk to check the email you have supplied is correct.
  • Although the rink is undercover, it still will be cold. Remember to wrap up warm and to bring gloves and spare socks, we do sell them at the rink if you forget. The ice rink is a wet environment so we do recommend bringing a spare pair of socks to change into when you leave.
  • We have limited chargeable cloakroom space, so please keep bags and personal belongings to a minimum.
  • The venue is cashless, so please remember to bring your card for any payments.
  • Use the Directions section below to plan your travel arrangements.
  • Your skating session lasts up to 45 minutes – we recommend you get to the rink 30-40 minutes before your session to give you time to put your skates on and store any belongings in our cloakroom.
  • If you have booked curling please note this will be outside so please dress appropriately.
